Artemesia Green
#709390
Artemesia Green is a muted gray-teal, the dusty blue-green of sagebrush or weathered copper, slightly cool with almost no yellow (b* sits just below zero). It appears in two combinations. Raw Sienna and Burnt Sienna give it warm, earthy opposites that make the gray-green look cleaner, Yellow Orange adds a sharper amber accent, and Helvetia Blue deepens it toward the sea. At 3.4:1 against white it suits large headings but not body text; black on it reads at 6.3:1. Use it for painted shutters, ceramic glazes, or calm packaging for natural products.
