Buffy Citrine
#96874d
Buffy Citrine is the dusty, subdued cousin of Citrine: a mid-toned olive khaki with zero red-green bias and a moderate yellow lean, like dried grass or old army canvas. It appears in three combinations, mostly alongside violets and reds. Dull Blue Violet and Grayish Lavender - A give it a quiet complementary tension, muted rather than loud, while Pale Burnt Lake and Carmine Red bring warmth and depth. On white it reaches 3.6:1, suitable for large headings only; black on it sits at 5.9:1. It suits workwear, linen upholstery, and understated stationery.
