Orange Rufous
#c16b27
Orange Rufous is a deep burnt orange, like the glaze on a copper pot or autumn bracken, slightly more saturated and yellower than Cinnamon Rufous. It shows up in only three combinations. With Vistoris Lake, a dark muted red-brown, it forms a warm, leathery pairing; Ivory Buff gives it a creamy, rustic backdrop; Yellow Ocher and Yellow Orange keep it in a sun-baked family of golds. Against white it reaches 3.9:1, fine for large type and bold labels, while black text on it sits at 5.4:1. Good for harvest-themed packaging, copperware, and wool blankets.
